Sampling comments: the survey was carried out "from 16 August to 15 October 2006... at the end of the dry season and the beginning of the rainy season"; the 39 "camera stations were set out in a 2 km grid along the study site’s trail system... covering an area of c. 50 km2... Each camera station included paired cameras facing one another on respective sides of a trail... We used Deercam... passive infrared cameras... Cameras were operating 24h a day and were checked every 5 days to replace film and batteries if necessary"
