Methods
Life forms: carnivores, primates, rodents, ungulates, birds

Site area: 3000.0

Sampling methods: no design, automatic cameras

Sample size: 625 captures or sightings

Years: 2010

Days: 60

Seasons: dry

Nets or traps: 30

Net or trap nights: 1800

Camera type: digital

Cameras paired: no

Basal area status: not applicable

Sampling comments: "During the dry season of 2010, two 30-day camera trap surveys were set sequentially in two arrays carried out from 16th June to 15th July and from 9th August to 7th September... Camera locations were predetermined using reg- ularly spaced points overlaying a map of Bwindi, locating cameras at a density of 1 camera per 1 km2... Automatic digital infrared camera traps were used" (specifically Reconyx model RM45)
map shows 60 sampling points but 1800 trap days/60 days = 30 cameras, so presumably the same cameras were placed at entirely different points in the second phase of the study
