During this trial, 60 non-toxic cat baits were deployed by hand 170 m apart... A second trial commenced on 9 September 2016... with 60 baits hand-deployed at the same locations... At each bait station, a Reconyx (Holmen, Wisconsin, USA) white-flash motion-sensor camera was deployed facing the bait... Each camera was deployed with a near-horizontal field of view 35 cm from ground level... Cameras were deployed horizontally"
